No TV provided normally, but please message. - As a basement with outside greenery, you may see an occasional insect, it is not an infestation as we have regular pest control services. - To enter, you do walk down an inclined driveway (which may have a vehicle) and through an unfinished garage shared space in which you walk straight in to your door. - Our area rarely has big storms, but in case of power loss, we do not have a generator. - Please appreciate that though we soundproofed the walls and ceiling, there may be unavoidable sounds transmitted through the old floorboards, from the outside or the appliances. Please use the complimentary earplugs if you are a light sleeper :) • By requesting to book, you accept that we will Not grant refunds for noise, Wi-Fi, electricity, bug, entranceway, or esthetics -related issues or reasons.
